Good to Know

Not everything transfers automatically... your specialist will review your data and flag anything that needs a manual step or client action before launch. Data accuracy is verified during the kickoff call, before anything goes live in your account. So be sure to review thoroughly!

  • Your go-live date is confirmed with your specialist at least one week in advance.
  • All data is frozen from the source platform 24–48 hours before transfer completes.
  • Your fitDEGREE account is fully live and bookable the moment transfer completes.
